Refund and Returns Policy

All Sales Are Final

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Once a digital product has been purchased and delivered, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or returns.

Why We Have This Policy

Our products are digital PDF guides that are delivered immediately upon purchase. Because digital files cannot be "returned" once accessed or downloaded, we are unable to accept refund requests for change of mind or accidental purchases.

Exceptions

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you experience any of the following, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue:

  • You did not receive your digital product after purchase
  • The file is corrupted or cannot be opened
  • You were charged incorrectly or charged more than once
